The English Italian Awards Ceremony 2015 just took place on Sunday the 4th of October.

For those of you not aware of what the British Italian Awards are, it includes a whole range of different Italian style restaurants and cafe’s competing against each other to become the winner of their chosen category.

The evening consisted of a dinner, entertainment throughout the night and presenting the awards to the winners of each category!

The category that we were most excited about was of course the “Best Barista” category! If you didn’t already know, we had a personal hand in the finals for the “Best Barista” category, by hosting the finals at our Sheffield office, we also had members of staff on the judging panel and our Portioli brand sponsored the event!

The winner and runner up were announced at the ceremony and they were as follows:
