Have you tried a blue coloured latte?! Didn’t think so but now you can…

A café in Melbourne, Australia has created what they call the “Smurf Latte”, which seems rather fitting based on the colour. Not only does the latte look cool but it is also very healthy as it consists of lemon, ginger, agave, coffee, coconut milk and a superfood called E3 live blue algae powder which contains a high amount of protein and also gives the latte its blue tint. Not only does it contain all this healthiness but it is also suitable for vegans!

The latte is said to be more savoury than sweet and somehow tastes a bit like curry, which rather strange but we’re not here to judge… Unfortunately this latte is currently only available in Australia but I’m sure it wont be long till we see the Smurf Lattes in coffee shops across the UK.
